Le présent accord-cadre à bons de commande porte sur une prestation de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour l'entretien annuel du patrimoine de Valloire Habitat. Les travaux concernent le Gros Entretien (GE), les Gros Travaux Immobilisés (GTI), les sinistres et les démolitions. La mission principale comprend les phases d'études (DIAG, APS, APD, PRO, ACT) et d'exécution (DET, AOR)
