Background The aim of the procurement is to cover the county ́s need for renewal, stable operation and continued standardisation of network infrastructure. The procurement shall facilitate a controlled replacement and any expansion of both a cabled and wireless network, in line with the county ́s multi-year modernisation plans, available resources and budgetary frameworks.
