Bærum municipality Property has total responsibility for the development, engineering design, construction as well as management, operation and maintenance of all of the municipality ́s properties. The assignments will vary in size and extent adapted to the municipality ́s requirements for engineering design and execution. The assignments will be connected to both new buildings and renovation.
