The works comprise refurbishment of the Princethorpe multi-use space and associated lobby including new floor finishes, replacing ceiling tiles, wall finishes including decorations, timber and acoustic wall cladding, replacement light fittings and installation of new FF&E. Tenderers are also required to complete a pricing schedule for the supply of furniture, however College of Policing reserves the right at its discretion not to include this and carry out evaluation/ award based on the works themselves. Guideline budget is £ 108,000 inc.…
