It also includes the removal of abandoned vehicles arising in the Leeds City Council metropolitan area. This is a collaborative procurement exercise led by Leeds on behalf of itself and Bradford. While Leeds is managing the procurement process, the requirements are divided into geographically and operationally distinct lots.
