Østfold University College would like to enter into a contract for consultancy services connected to campus development and the realisation of a new campus building in Fredrikstad. We need assistance in the competition phase, when negotiations are signed and for the follow-up of the university college ́s needs and interests in dialogue with the chosen tenderer up until the completion of the new campus building, planned to 2030.
