Subject of the Contract TenneT intends to establish a framework agreement for the provision of commercial project support services for offshore HVDC infrastructure projects in Spain. The services shall support the commercial management of large-scale EPC projects and may include contract and claim management, cost controlling/cost engineering, and general commercial management activities.
