The Royal Borough of Greenwich is procuring a single contract to deliver a Tri-Borough Individual Placement and Support scheme across three boroughs (Bexley, Bromley, and Greenwich). The single contract will be between RBG and the successful Provider, however the successful provider will deliver services to eligible people within the boroughs of Greenwich, Bexley and Bromley. The Individual Placement and Support or IPS, is targeted support which focusses on enabling access to employment for individuals in drug and alcohol recovery, which has been set out in the government's national ten year drug strategy (From Harm to Hope). IPS offers intensive, individually tailored support to assist individuals in drug and alcohol treatment to find sustainable, paid employment.…
