The need for hire will vary depending on weather conditions and activity level. In the event of normal operation, the tenderer must have the capacity to provide a minimum of five (5) lorries with drivers simultaneously at call-offs, within fixed response times. Tenderers are free to solve this by using their own vehicles or sub-suppliers.
