Background The contracting authority needs to establish a new framework agreement for cleaning services for several buildings. The aim of the procurement is to ensure a more uniform, efficient and predictable cleaning delivery across the buildings, including new premises that shall be included in the contract. The contracting authority would therefore like a tenderer who can provide services of uniform and stable quality, at the same time as the delivery can be adapted to changes in scope and needs over time.
