The services to be procured will support the European Union (EU) to carry out a range of activities in the fields of public diplomacy and cultural relations in China (excluding Hong Kong and Macao).* The services aim to reinforce the capacity of the EU Delegation to China to undertake constant and long-term engagement to 1. Improve understanding, perceptions and attractiveness of the EU as a global actor among key stakeholders and audiences in China and 2. Enhance the EU’s reach and capacity to hold influential and informative engagements with key Chinese stakeholders over the long term.
