Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola and Randaberg municipalities, henceforth referred to as contracting authorities, would like to collect tenders for the procurement and delivery of digital teaching resources to primary and secondary schools and other educational entities in the municipalities, including a network based tool for purchases, supervision and administration of licences.
