The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who shall ensure safe, stable and environmentally friendly bus transport by users in Drammen municipality at a predictable and sober price. The transport shall always be traffic safe and conscious for the user group, and it is assumed that passengers shall have a seating place and be securely secured in accordance with the current regulations.
