Oslo municipality c/o the Norwegian Welfare Administration shall procure new framework agreements for home health services, hereafter called home services. The framework agreements include district nursing and personal assistance in the form of practical assistance. Home nursing care is provided either by spot day, evening and/or night, or as stationary service throughout or parts of the day. The services are covered by the user choice scheme for home services. The user choice in the home care service applies to persons with decisions on home nursing care or practical assistance who live or stay in Oslo municipality.
