The Client intends to enter into a Framework Agreement (the Agreement) with three (3) parties for the construction of the Solar Park. The Specific Contracts under the Agreement will be put out to tender as turnkey EPC contracts for the Solar Park, with the Tenderer who, in the ranking of this tender, has submitted the most economically advantageous tender being awarded the first Specific Contract. The EPC contractor must deliver the solar park on a turnkey basis, including the intake substation. The EPC contractor is responsible for the necessary coordination with the supplier of the intake substation and for ensuring the correct integration of both installations.…
