The HSE on behalf of Services for Older Persons established the Authorisation Scheme in 2023 (with an initial term of 24 months with the terms being extended for a further 24 months) to secure suitable Service Providers to meet the HSE’s requirements for Home Support Services. The HSE is reopening the Authorisation Scheme to Applicants for a further round of submissions (“Round 4”) under this Invitation to Participate. Interested parties are advised that although the process is being advertised on eTenders using the “Open procedure” heading, this is in fact a simple Authorisation Scheme in accordance with Recital 4 of the Procurement Directive.
