In order to cover the municipality ́s need for plumbing services, Nordreisa municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the provision of such services (which the municipality due to a lack of capacity in its own organisations and/or lack of competence cannot carry out) and the accompanying materials within the discipline.
