To assist with the administration of OPW's Optimising Power @ Work energy efficiency campaign, the Office of Public Works (OPW) intend to establish a Framework from which Energy Specialists providing professional services in the areas of staff energy awareness, Behavioural Change, Energy Auditing/Reporting, Optimisation of Building Management Systems (BMS) and controls in Central Government and Public Sector Facilities, may be appointed. These facilities may include Hospitals, Prisons, Third Level Education Institutions, Laboratories, Data Centres, Office Accommodation, County Councils and other Public Sector buildings.
