Tenderers can offer only vehicles, only additions/fixtures or complete deliveries. The contracting authority can enter into a contract with one or several tenderers. All interested suppliers can submit tender offers directly Prequalification will not be implemented. The contracting authority will choose 2-3 tenderers for negotiations.
