This mainly applies to nurses, but other trade groups can also be relevant. The Contracting Authority has, among other things, i.a. requirements for certified health personnel in the form of: nurses, protective nurses and health care workers/skilled workers in health. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer who has competence in the relevant service.
