Vestfold public procurement cooperation (VOIS) intends to enter into a dynamic procurement scheme for digital teaching aids for the primary and secondary schools for the municipalities in Vestfold. The DPS scheme shall apply from NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT. 100,000. The municipalities handle procurements under this value themselves. All units that are a part of the entity as a legal unit shall be able to use this scheme. If new units are added during the agreement period, they shall be able to join the scheme. Option: The scheme applies to the primary and secondary schools, but other entities can use the scheme if appropriate. The DPS scheme will be moved from Mercell to Hyyr, which is the new KGV and KAV system.
