Construction management may also be relevant in accordance with NS8403 (Construction management/project management). The contracting authority would like to use the procurement to have external competence for consultancy and engineering design services. The tenderer who is awarded the framework agreement is expected to be operative to join projects immediately after the contract has been signed.
