Helse Sør-Øst shall enter into a framework agreement with one or several tenderers who can assist with strategic consultancy and flexible access to updated, independent and relevant knowledge on developments in the ICT area, including analyses, methods, tools, industry experts, benchmarking, conferences, as well as business adapted services.
