The successful Contractor is required to : 1. Liaise with the Project Manager to maintain and improve the Council's highway assets by the application of the most appropriate surface treatments. 2. Assess the asset condition, decide the most appropriate treatment to extend the assets life, develop and agree annual works programmes and preparatory works with the Project Manager. 3. Use your expertise in designing / selecting the material / treatment process for each location / asset to be maintained. 4.
