The CFB shall be capable of combustion, gasification and other reaction modes using different feedstocks and the process gases specified in the technical documentation. The HRSG, located downstream of the CFB, shall operate as a once-through unit for steam generation and hot-gas cooling. The HRSG shall be designed and manufactured in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU using Module G conformity assessment. Detailed technical requirements, operating conditions, preliminary designs and CAD models are provided in the technical annexes of the Call for Tender.…
