A preliminary project has been prepared that shall be further developed in the detailed engineering design phase. The initiative is a project with two floors and a basement under a part of the building. There are 12 apartments on each floor with common areas centrally located in the building. The building is divided into three sections/wings. One west-facing wing, one south-facing mid wing and a more southeast-facing wing. See the annexes.
