Supporting eGovernment and Innovation in Public Administration (InnoPA) is a joint project implemented by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Egypt, on behalf of the German Federal Government, and in partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT).
