The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research (the Contracting Authority) wishes to hire a combined ringnot/trawl vessel for estimation of the blue whiting in western Ireland in the period 2027-2028. The contract will be valid for 2 years from 01.01.2027 until 31.12.2028. Signing of a contract over a period of two years means that the shipowner is obliged to provide the vessel for this expedition in the stated period and at the relevant time. The vessel must have a minimum 15 tonne annual quota for accumulate. The annual expedition shall take place for approx. 16 days within the period from 10 March to 10 April.
