The objective of this Request for Tender is to identify a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to carry out the necessary analysis and prepare an Energy Master Plan for the Killanne Union of Parishes which includes Killanne, Davidstown, Castleboro and Templeshambo, County Wexford (Sustainable Energy Community: SEC). The EMP of Killanne includes the parishes of Killanne, Clonroche, Davidstown, Castleboro and Templeshambo which are all nestled at the foot of the Blackstairs Mountains.
