The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure that Nkom ́s need for external contributions is met when the capacity and competence of the company ́s employees is not sufficient, particularly within security and stand-by assignments. Nkom would therefore like to enter into cooperation with some selected actors who can offer a breadth of different competence, including technical in-depth knowledge, regulatory understanding and the ability to work with critical infrastructure, stand-by and security. A contract shall be signed with up to 5 tenderers per discipline.
