The objective of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers in order to cover the Grenland municipalities ́ need for consultancy services within building engineering: • Consultant engineer construction technique (RIB) • Consultant engineer for building physics (RIBfy) The tenderer shall contribute to developing projects within given quality, time and financial Frames.
