The Department Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) requires an agricultural tractor for use at Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre (FHC), Killybegs, Co. Donegal. The principle function of the tractor shall be to tow vessels to and from dry dock bays in the Department shipyard. Vessels up to 600 tonnes are removed from the water on cradle trains using a vertical syncrolift facility.
