The purpose of this new solution is to orchestrate and automate a wide range of business processes, covering both internal processes as well as processes with end-customer interaction. The procurement will consist of both a software solution and an implementation project with options for more functionality within the solution and options for additional Ellevio specific implementations, as well as related support and maintenance services.
