The Housing Agency intends to establish a Framework of suitable qualified Construction Design Professionals to survey, test, design, inspect and certify the remediation of dwellings in accordance with I.S. 398. As set out in the I.S. remediation design services can be undertaken by suitably competent Chartered Engineers, Architect or Building Surveyors (these titles are defined in the I.S.).
