This includes the following service towers: * Digital workplace - Managed client and Microsoft - Including the procurement of digital workplace hardware and software (Microsoft end-user licences) for the office environment. * End-user support - Service desk - Some onsite support * Hybrid network - At the main office and other locations. * Hybrid infrastructure - Microsoft Azure environment - Data Centre * Application operation - Basic operational services - 24x7 operation and security services. The Contracting Authority also procures IT equipment for our OT environment and other IVAR operations. This is not included in this tender contest.
