PURPOSE AND SCOPE The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for consultancy services for planning, implementing and preparing a report for waste analyses. In accordance with the Waste Regulation chapter 10a, REG is obligated to ensure the sorting and material recovery of several waste types.
