SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The Contracting Authority intends to procure advisory services from a single Supplier (one company) to support the planning, competitive tendering, evaluation, award, and mobilisation of Public Service Contracts (PSC) for subsidised passenger rail services. The services will be delivered by a team of experts covering the competence areas defined in the tender. See further details regarding the object of the procurement in the Annex 1.
