The purpose of this procurement is to lease suitable facilities for conducting manned ship-handling model courses. The tender is divided into distinct lots, enabling bidders to submit offers for one or more parts of the scope.1. Leasing of facilities and instructors for manned ship-handling models for an introductory course.2. The course aims to enhance navigational safety and operational competence by providing practical, hands-on training in ship dispensers using scaled manned models.
