PURPOSE AND SCOPE The Agency for Education is responsible for the design, execution and return of municipal tests, Oslo tests, in different disciplines/skills at a selection stage in primary and secondary schools. As a part of the work on design, quality assurance, implementation and return of results from the Oslo tests, the Agency for Education wants to enter into an agreement with a professional environment that will be responsible for science from the school year 2026/2027 until the end of the school year 2028/2029 with an option for up to two years.
