Haugesund municipality shall enter into contracts for transport services. Three sub-contracts shall be signed, including one ongoing service contract and two framework agreements. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer per sub-contract, but one tenderer can submit tenders for one or several of the sub-contracts and can be awarded several sub-contracts. The sub-contracts include the following: Sub-contract A: Ongoing service agreement for driving pupils in connection with regular school transport of pupils with dangerous school roads.
