PURPOSE AND SCOPE Oslo municipality would like to procure a digital system for carrying out an annual user survey, which shall be carried out by all participants in the Adult Education Service Oslo municipality. See the award letter from the City Council Department for Education for 2025, in which UDE is assigned to carry out an annual user survey for all participants in adult education.
