The aim is to improve the indoor climate, operational security and energy efficiency in the existing teaching and administration building. The contracting authority is the Ministry of Education and Research at Statsbygg. The building is approx. 15,700 m2 and is located in Maridalsveien 29 in the centre of Oslo. A site inspection will be held for all tenderers 25.11.26, 08:00, at Maridalsveien 29, 0175 Oslo.
