Background and purpose About the project Orkland municipality shall construct the New Orkdal health centre at Rømme in the centre of Orkanger. The new health centre replaces the current institution at Fannrem and will be the municipality's largest investment. Today's Orkdal health centre consists of several buildings from different time periods and with varying standards. The buildings are not dimensioned or adapted for the municipality ́s future needs.
