The dynamic purchasing system involves the procurement of services within construction management (construction manager) and inspections of construction works (control engineer). The subject areas that this scheme shall cover are road, tunnel and electrical and automation. Tenderers who apply for admission and fulfil the set qualification requirements will be included in the scheme. The qualification requirements are common for all the disciplines covered by the scheme. Tenderers can apply for admission throughout the entire scheme period.
