The need is due, among other things, to the fact that the existing vehicles are old, and several leasing agreements expire and must be replaced. The municipality needs reliable and appropriate service vehicles that can support daily operations in a safe and efficient way. The vehicles shall be used by several municipal service areas, including particularly the health and welfare services, mental health, residential and follow-up services as well as technical services.
