The guarantee fund for fishermen would like to receive tenders for a new trade system, and refer to the attached tender documentation. In short, we would like the following: · A new, comprehensive trade system that replaces the current system and supports the Guarantee Fund ́s grant and performance schemes. · Staged development in two phases: first functionality for crew based schemes, then vessel based schemes, with total production setting and hand-over after phase 2. · A flexible and future oriented system with modular architecture, configurable rules and rates, good integrations and an option to establish new schemes without extensive changes to the programme code.…
