Athy Rugby Club wishes to appoint a suitably qualified Design and Build Contractor for the removal and lawful disposal of asbestos roof materials, replacement of the clubhouse roof with a new insulated composite roof system, and the design, supply, installation, commissioning and support of a Solar PV Array, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and Smart Energy Control System. The works include the removal and disposal of approximately 830 m2 of asbestos-containing roof coverings and associated asbestos gutters and downpipes. A new insulated roof system with a minimum 50-year design life and new gutters and downpipes shall be installed. Tenderers shall attend a mandatory pre-tender site inspection and measurement survey. All dimensions and quantities are indicative only and tenderers shall
