The objective of the procurement is to procure smartcards that shall function as a common platform for both physical access and digital authentication and shall therefore be delivered in accordance with Annex 2 the Contracting Authority ́s requirement specifications. The customer intends to implement a transition to new card technology in the region at the start of the agreement period for the roll-out of the new logon system. The stated scope and value is therefore an estimate for information to the tenderer, and it is subject to both an increase and reduction in volume for the different card types offered throughout the contract period. The estimated volume per annum is in Annex 1 Price Form. The ID card shall be used in the health service and it shall be suitable for: • Secure identific
