The immersion is expected to accommodate cohorts of between 20 and 30 participants per visit. The programme must immerse participants in a world-class global business ecosystem, providing direct exposure to executive leadership practices, emerging business models and innovative thinking across a range of industries. For the Life Sciences cohort, the programme should include specific engagement with organisations operating in biotech, medtech, pharma, healthcare systems or health innovation.
