The procurement is for the establishment of framework agreements for the delivery of initiative consultants and case officers for the child welfare services in Ås, Frogn, Nesodden, Vestby and Enebakk. The aim is to ensure stable and flexible access to qualified personnel so that the municipalities can handle variations in case quantity, absence and need for specialised competence.
